Having a combination of chronic
tight and weak muscles often causes compensations in the body
that create chronic pain. Balancing muscle's strength and
flexibility by performing stretches for your tight muscles
and weight bearing exercises for your weak muscles will help
keep the body balanced and limber between treatments.
